Here's a video of a good friend of mine who grew up a couple blocks from our house. Previous to coming to Christ, he was a crack cocaine addict and alcoholic for 15 years and spent time in prison for gang related assault. I remember visiting him one Saturday morning after he had been strung out on cocaine all night, I remember his baptism, and the transformation of his marriage. My wife and I mentored him and his wife.

Now he is one of the strongest leaders in our ministry... and has taught and mentored dozens of other couples.

this is awesome. i wish you cd transcribe it. i don't mind not being able to see the vid too clearly, but i'd sure like to hear his transforming testimony. YAY for God and i did hear the part where his mom says 'one day you WILL be serving God' . great stuff. thanks for recording that.
