Events in the life of chadhols since I last blogged:

-Our church, New Life Community Church, is currently in a season of prayer and fasting leading up to Easter. This has been a really good time of conviction, seeking God, focusing on Him in prayer.
-Homegroup was a powerfully anointed time last wednesday. The presence of the Lord was moving powerfully, even from the moment Holly and I began to pray before the people arrived. Then after over half the group had arrived, we continued to pray because of the presence. I had prepared a lesson on fasting but after we spent some time in singing worship to God the Lord impressed on me to not do my lesson but instead to break into small groups and confess, share, and pray. This experience of hearing his voice was unusual for me, it was as if the Lord's thoughts took over my mind, I was unable to think another thought. In fact, at the moment that the Lord put it in my mind to skip the lesson, I was in mid-sentence and I was unable to continue speaking to the group. Instead I said um.. uh... uh.. and it was so loud in my mind I couldn't continue and Holly had to finish up the sentences I was trying to get out. There were breakthroughs in prayer in the groups: for Greg, for Mayra, for Noemi and Horatio. Lord, I want to get out of the way and Let you work.
-On Saturday Holly and I took the 4 leaders that help us with our married couples group to Indiana for a 1 day prayer and fasting retreat at Bethel, the house that Holly's Dad's church has devoted exclusively to prayer. It was a time of deep revelation about the couples we targeted in prayer. I'm expecting to see breakthroughs. Afterwards James, Lisa, Nick, and Lissette received prayer from the "healing rooms" staff (the "healing rooms" is a ministry offering prayer for the sick every saturday from 1pm to 4pm at Holly's Dad's church). The prayer time with the "healing rooms" staff was a very emotional and supernatural experience for all of them. Fresh revelation, fresh vision, fresh filling, fresh anointing, thank you Jesus...
