if you tried to access my website earlier this morning or yesterday it was down; supposedly disabled for non payment, although i've been paying every month. this company is insane. if you are thinking about using enteract, or rcn, or 21st century in chicago for services, don't. they've had 5 or 6 mergers and buy outs, and it is an administrative nightmare. they offer phone, cable modem, dial up. avoid avoid avoid.
